This is just the beginning for Stand Down for 2010. We have a ton of killer shows that we are lining up for you all. And you can expect to see two music videos coming from Stand Down in The very near future.

Thank you all so much for being apart of this years CFox Seeds competition and making it another success for 99.3 CFox and Stand Down. Stand Down just landed in Toronto and are taking it easy with Macula and the boys.

We will be in Toronto for 2 dates in July. July 5th at The Horseshoe Tavern and July 8th at The Hideout, and Zzosia we will be playing Boonstock(just outside Edmonton in Gibbons) June 26th w/Papa Roach, Chevelle, Hail The Villain and The Offspring. I'm stoke to be apart of the top 20 bands of the Seeds Competition this year again, and to get the chance of competing with Vancouver's best bands and musicians. it is such an honor. I would just like to say good luck to all the bands competing this year it is going to be a hell of a good time.
